- To design unique and imaginative bookmarks that showcase artistic talents and a love for books.
Outcome:
- Participants had the opportunity to demonstrate their artistic skills and creativity through their distinctive and innovative designs.
- It encouraged a fun and engaging approach to reading within peer groups.

Dwaraka
Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Library & NDLI Club conducted a “Bookmark
Competition” 12.02.2026 at 02.00 pm in DDGDVC Library. The competition was
conducted for the NDLI Club Members of DDGDVC. The competition was judged by Ms.Thilagam
Anandhan, Assistant Professor, Department of English, DDGD Vaishnav College. The
gathering was welcomed by Dr.M.Mani, NDLI Club Secretary and Librarian, DDGDVC.
All the participants performed well and it was highly appreciated by our judge.
the event served as a successful exercise in holistic education, encouraging
students to bridge the gap between visual design and literary appreciation. The
competition empowered participants to explore unique medium-based expressions
and further solidified the community spirit within the NDLI Club. The top three
winners were awarded prizes. All the participants were given participation
certificates.
